PRODUCT INFORMATION
Application
SpermWash®Kit is used for sperm purification by swim-up for IUI
or IVF. The swim-up is done in a sealed ampoule i.e. the whole
procedure can be done at the laboratory bench, no need for a cleanroom, sterile bench etc.
SpermWash®kit is delivered in a "single-kit" or a "12 pack kit"
with ampoules, needles, syringes, ampoule-holder and instruction
for use.
Composition
SpermWash® medium is composed of Earle’s balanced salt solution
(EBSS) including HSA, puruvate, Hepes, phenol red, sodium
bicarbonate and Gentamicin 10 microgram/ml.
SpermWash® medium is also supplied in bottles of, 50, 100, 250,
and 500 ml.
Shelf Life
One year from production date.
Avoid exposure to light. Avoid freezing.
Store refrigerated 2ş -8ş C.
